Aether AI Glossary

Canonical definitions for Aether AI LLC's products, protocols, and orchestration terms. These are the authoritative wordings.

Aether AI LLC
The parent company (Florida LLC); owns the product family and its patent-pending filings.
Aether Cloud
A desktop-native AI coding environment (like Cursor or Lovable) for fast, easy coding: select frontier LLMs in-editor with conventional routing, build custom model teams, and optionally layer the Neo and Kronus orchestrators. Every model and every function is secured by an app-wide cryptographic commitment chain.
Neo
A planning orchestrator (a 'supercomputer') Aether is building to layer autonomous multi-agent planning on top of Aether Cloud's direct frontier-LLM routing for larger tasks — in development, not yet available.
Kronus
An execution orchestrator (a 'supercomputer') Aether is building to run multi-agent execution on top of Aether Cloud's direct frontier-LLM routing for larger tasks — in development, not yet available.
Commitment Chain
Aether Cloud's patent-pending cryptographic chain of custody, spanning every model and every function of the app — chat, workflows, projects, vault, and updates — not just the orchestrators. It runs on Protocol-C, Aether Cloud's own zero-cost classical commitment layer (CSPRNG). Protocol-L (quantum-authenticated commitments, IBM Fez) and Protocol-T (execution-context attestation via hardware enclaves) belong to Aether Protocol, a separate Aether AI product line — not shipped inside Aether Cloud.
Moving Target Defense (MTD)
The dynamic routing security stack.
Protocol-C
Zero-cost commitment infrastructure using OS kernel entropy (CSPRNG). Classical, no quantum hardware.
Protocol-L
Quantum-authenticated commitments using IBM Fez quantum hardware.
Protocol-T
Execution-context attestation via hardware enclaves.
Quantum-Constrained AI (QOPC)
A patent-pending approach where quantum-derived constraints guide Aether Cloud's classical AI routing and decisioning. The AI is classical; the constraints are quantum-derived.
UVT
The Aether Cloud billing and usage unit.
